i'm not anoxeric or bulimic but i do look a bit bony. how do a gain a few pounds, so i dont look like i'm on one of those terrible diets? i know that junk food helps, but it doesnt really work for me. i try eating alot of diary products, it helps a little, but just a LITTLE. any other suggestions?

Excerise less, eat a lot of fatty foods. You just have fast matalbolism(sp?) yeahh. so eat like 3 BIG meals a day. plus a lot of snacks?

i eat light for breakfast. normally a piece of toast and a cup of milk. i dont eat lunch. but i make up for it, when i eat a WHOLE LOT for dinner. i'm a chicken vegetarian. i eat no kind of meat whatsoever except for chicken. so maybe, that might be why i am a bit skinny? what do you guys suggest for me to eat?

arn't there like pill sor something that make you gain weight? gosh i dn't know...well i can't think of anyhting other then fatty foods. but then again, you also want to be healthy =/

its no good to eat alot of fatty food it'll make you big (fat), and pills can damage your health....i suggest you eat something more for breakfast and atleast eat food for lunch....its good not to skip any meal times

Fatty foods help but thats not the way to go. It'll make you so unhealthy. Try to eat a bigger breakfast like maybe eggs and toast or a couple os bowls or cereal and eat lunch to. But dont get to carried away or you'll wind up being bigger than you want to be. Eat a lot of icecream. It gives you your dairy and a little fat to

okay, well first you need to have all 3 meals and not eat as healthy.. like for breakfast you should have that oatmeal that has all the sugar added.. then for lunch mabye have burger king...but DONT do that everyday. and when you go to burger king dont just have the chicken fingers...have the woper instead. then for days when you dont have burger king have blimpee or subway and have a sandwach thing there... for dinner have...uhhhh....im not sure...your gonna have to think of that one.. well after dinner have icecream...and oh yeah. when you do this to gain weight try not to become addicted to those foods coz then after you gain the weight that you want, itll be hard for you to stop and youll gain more then you want then have to go on a diet...

i have the same problem! my friends tell me that i'm too skinny...u should eat lunch. skipping meals uses more energy cos ur body's trying to keep working with the limited energy u have, so u should eat more in order to stop making ur body work harder. did u get that? lol..i dont think it made sense...but skipping meals is bad. eat about the same amount everyday at the same time.

i have the same problem. i have a high metabolism.. or whatever.
eat non fat-free food. unless you have high metabolism, too, then you can't gain wait or something, right? blink.gif well, yeah..

I don't know if it's good to start eating bad, unhealthy food... if I were you, I'd call up a professional and ask. Like.. a local gym? They'd probably have lots of people there that would know.

And I'm not sure if this would work, but I'd work out more and start building up some muscles.... unless its yucky body fat that you're going for.

Junk food is an unhealthy way to help. I think bagels are good, they have carbs that make you gain more weight (if you're trying to lose weight, whole wheat bread/bagels are better). Not exercising is also not the healthiest way to gain weight, you should just be happy that you're skinny, and just eat like regular. A lot of people probably envy your body. :)

most of your comments lie around the concept of eating more, not skipping meals, and most all try to exercise regularly. i'll try to do these more often and make it a daily habit. you guys rock =D thx a WHOLE bunch.
