wasnt the Bill of Rights an amendment? i say that. other than that, no clue. i'll get bac kto you in two years when i'll be studying US politics.

actually it would be if somebody chose a different amendment other than the one somebody thinks is important and that would be a debate.

freedom of speech. most definitely. because without them, we woulnd't have the right to speak our mind. basically, the world would be run by the government entirely and nobody could express their opinions.

I think he's asking us to do his homework for him.

My sister has to do the same exact thing for school.

I told her I think it goes between the first and the second. Without the freedom of speech, you can't protest, and without the freedom to bear arms, you can't fight the government if they become oppressive.

but she didn't listen and she chose the one that made everyone equal.

The 10th Amendment, because all of our rights ultimately derive from it. Any other amendment only protects one specific right. The 10th amendment protects all of our rights.

If only the government didn't ignore it so much...

for the sake of debate, i disagree with everyone who did not select either the first or second. without the first or second amendment, you can't have any of the other amendments.

for it expanded suffurage to 18 year olds.
