i really like this layout can you make it work for myspace?

I think this is soo gorgeous and I love it! But I do have one issue, how can I enable and get comments with this?! Please HELP! =[

im new at blogging and im using this layout on my page and i got mostly everything working but i just dont know where to write my blog at can some1 plzz help me
