I love Owl City (There's not much art of him on here :D) new album in September , I can't wait (; I used tutorials found here on CB by broken-doll & Medi I used no brushes whatsoever , the dots were drawn by me.

Excellent banner. I love owl city, his music is adorable and not veering towards women, drugs, etc. like everything else.
