So for this tutorial i'm using this picture of Mikey Way from the band My Chemical Romance, and plus i'm married to him! XD

Anyways, so first get you picture any will work. so my Mikey picture for example.
So then next using the box tool do an outline of the picture you have. like thos it's not got the dashed lines around it, coz iunno. I fail.

Next once you've done that print screen the image you have infront of you, if you don't have print screen, then ask someone who has the same computer as you if they know.
So once you've print screened go to Edit > Paste as new image as this picture looks like what i've just told you.

Once you've cropped around the image you should have something that looks like this or the image that you have, it dosen't have to be Mikey! XD, so you'll have lines around it.
