Good luck!
Before:
After:
Open a image and crop it to 100x100 px.
I use this picture:
Duplicated the layer and set on Soft Light 100%
Merge all layers. Your picture must now look something like this:
Duplicate again and go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur Set the settings the way you like it, and press OK. I've used this settings:
You must have something like this now:
Still don't merge the layers!
Erease on the top layer on the place where the head was. You can erease the body to if you like. Merge all layers.
You can choose or you're ready or not. You can put some text on it;
Or an Texture. Set the texture to Screen 100%.
Or both!
This is my first tutorial, so please tell me or you like it!

But now I did ittt =)

Luv it!
where did you find your textures?
and, this is really neat!
I've never used tutorials, I just fooled around to learn things. But this is really interesting. So I thought I would try it, and it works well. Very simple to understand, and good quality photo manipulation here too. I usually just make my own brushes in Illustrator, and use them in Photoshop to put over pics of myself. You're pretty good. I didn't know some of these features were possible.
