NOTE: This tutorial may differ depending on what version of PSP you are using. I used PSP XI.
So have you ever wondered how you can make this?

If so, please read below.
1.Make a new document and you can make the size whatever you want it to be.
2.Now, use your text tool and type your text. Also, it would probally look better if you have a gradient on your text.
3.Convert your text layer (which should be called Vector 1) into a Raster layer.
4.Duplicate your rasterized text layer.
5.Go get the selection tool and make sure it's shape is set to Elipse.
6.After that, make a selection near the top part of your text and it should look like a horizantal sort of oval.
7.Once you've done that, select your Flood Fill tool and set the color to white. Also, make sure that the Match Mode (which can be found near the top menu; it should be beside a little bar that's titled Tolerance) is set to All Opaque.
8.Ok, now fill in the white into the letters in your selection.
9.Now mess around with the opacity of your duplicated layer (I put mine near 25-35) and Deselect or Ctrl+D.
10.Merge the two layers and you're finished! You can also add a dropshadow or even add a texture if you'ld like.
Enjoy.
