My first standard layout on CB! *gasp*

I decided that I will convert some of my most popular DIV overlay layouts into standard layouts so that those who don't like DIVs will be able to use them.

This layout is a default version of my Ocean Pals layout, and it has animated bubbles in the extended network image. I drew all of the characters.

There are probably some bugs with this layout, because I'm really not that great at coding standard layouts. So comment me and tell me if there's anything wrong. :)
