That's just plain text, not a banner.
If you want to make a banner, you'll use a more advanced image-editing program than MS Paint (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Jasc PaintShop Pro), then choose the background colour as transparent when you make your banner. |

Also, why is that </div> thing in the code? |
