outlining, on PSP?

Alrighty, for all those who have PSP. Click this, you notice that the text has double outlining? It's black and then green over? How would you do that? huh.gif if you guys can help, thanks much wink.gif

I can only find a one for Photoshop as of now. Maybe you can try doing that or something similar in PSP. ermm.gif

Add your text.
Duplicate the layer and pull it under the original.
On the original text layer, add a 1px black stroke.
On the new text layer, add a 5-ish px green stroke.
----
You add a stroke by right-clicking on the text and choosing 'Stroke', I think.

Do it the long way.
Zoom in and use the paintbrush/pencil tool all around it multiple times.

id probably put the first stroke on the normal way, go to selections from marquee...or...something like that. anyway it selects the text and then ud go to selections - modify - expand - 1px. and then..sort of fill it in without getting the rest of it.....

this seemed smarter in my head. now i just feel stupid.
