QUOTE(Frankie @ May 5 2005, 4:20 PM) New York Cheesecake Swirl
Ingredients 1. 2/3 cup sugar 2. 16 ounces cream cheese 3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4. 2 whole eggs, room temperature 5. 16 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels Directions In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract on high speed until well combined. Add the eggs and continue to beat on high speed. Make sure to scrape down the sides to ensure incorporation of all the ingredients. Once combined, gently fold in the chocolate morsels. Chill the mixture for approximately 1 hour. |

Mhm mmm mm, that sounds delicious. I ought to add this to my list when I experiment with cooking later on, with help from my older sis, of course. x) Sounds so sweet and sugary, though.

Do you have to bake this at all?
I'm always paranoid about making stuff with eggs that don't require cooking :/ |
