That sounds good, minus the spinach. I'm thinking you could have two versions: one with spinach, called Spinach Dip; and one without spinach, called Spinach-Free Spinach Dip.

i love spinach dip, it rocks.
the one i learned to make has sour cream instead of cream cheese and cheddar cheese. but it rocks!

lol. Any kind of Spinach Dip would be good. you can add something extra or replace it w/ some other healthy stuff such as fresh spinach.
