Just curious. For those men who have impacted your life greatly what are you getting them or what are your plans to do on that special day??

Well, father's day and my birthday fall on the same day this year, so I'm just going to spend the whole day with my dad and give him a card with $$. That's what he likes the best anyway. And I'll get presents too! wink.gif

Well, since I won't be able to see him for father's day, I'll end up sending him a card, with a letter written to him thanking him for everything he's done for me, and just letting him know that I've appreciated every single thing he's done for me, whether it was not letting me go out, or teaching my how to fix various aspects of my car.

If I'm financially stable a few days prior to Father's Day, I might buy him a gift certificate for $100 to a restaurant; Last year was $100 for Outback Steakhouse and 2 goldfish for his pond.

Hmmm I dont have a clue. My dad is picky and has no problem telling anyone he doesnt like their gift. I have to think hard on all the gifts I buy for him.

Hm, I'm not sure.
All I know right now is that we're going out to eat as a family. I'm not sure of what I'm going to get him, though, at this point.

oh i don't know! rolleyes.gif all of the men in my family are fathers, except for me, and they aren't really mushy like that so they don't really care about all of that father's day "crap". we will probably get them a card and bring them out to dinner. and maybe some golf clubs. laugh.gif

Absolutely nothing. My dad doesn't care for these kinds of stuff.
When I was little, I bought him something once but he never used it, in fact, he threw it away cry.gif.

I really don't know that yet. Our whole family will probably go out for dinner so maybe I'll get him some golf-related stuff.
