better but i would
- change the lip color looks kinda weird - the skin looks kinda darker specially in on her face but otherwise loooks good. |

its pretty good! i don't really like the colour of the lips though...and i think thats a bad pic of her in general...but other than that its great!

It's better than your other one, but some of the lines on the edge of the shirt are still noticable. Yeah, choose a softer color for the lips. The lips do need some work. Also, her skin tone looks a little too pink, like she was a little sunburnt.
 Oh, and I don't think you should cut out the picture and just paste it on a different background because the edges of her picture shows she was obviously cut out. It makes it look kind of tacky, no offense. Either just keep the original background or cut it out smoother.

Doesn't look much of a colorization to me. It might as well be the original image. Needs contrast e.g. the rest of the image black and white and a few features colored.
