OVERVIEW
We're going to hold a competition to design a createBlog logo! This logo will be used for the entire website (once I unify the cb look into the forums). We're also going to hold a site-wide design contest shortly (as mentioned in a previous announcement). The rules for this contest are as follows: RULES
15 JUNE 2005 23:59:59 PRIZE
CreateBlog.com will acquire ownership of the winning logo by assignment of copyright. By submitting a logo for entry in the competition, you acknowledge that you made the logo and is the rightful owner and that the logo does not violate any copyright. |

here's something i came up with. keep in mind when you go off designing that im a minimalist. i like things plain and simple. nothing too extravagant.
 edit; "simple yet elegant" would be a better choice of words. |

EDIT;; i just realized that i put a capital L in the word createblog!
 here, i changed it. if you liked the capital L, than feel free to keep those ones but just in case.    _____________________________________________________________________ here's mine.   ^ that one has a white background.  ^ that one has a transparent background...wasn't sure what the background color was going to be!

Here's mine. I'm still working on it, but does anyone know how to tighten up the whole graphic so that the edges are smooth w/o the gray bg?

yea, i'm not too good with vectors. in fact, i'm terrible. oh well.. the ones i made as bitmaps are pretty easy to vectorize.

Well.. Here is mine.. Didn`t know what chose of colors so as mite as well black//white.. =D I didn`t add a border since it`z a logo... in this case, if there is, tell me. =]
 || EDIT || I realized that the word "simple yet elegant" was just a phrase to make my mind be creative. Well. Heres the logos that i did. It's not that great, i tried. =D                    Hope these will do. May add more soon.
