What's your favorite type of music??? Options

I usually listen to metal, ska or indie. Specifically Cradle of filth, green day, arch enemy, bikini kill, the dresden dolls, operation ivy, kittie, disturbed, papa roach, liz phair, ben folds, lacuna coil, nightwish, the rasmus, evanescence, etc. there's so much more, but im too distracted from typing...D'oh!!

I am a big fan of metal. I'm open to any type of metal. I love it all, really.
Also, I like hard rock quite a bit too.
Some soft rock's alright.
Alternative rock can be good too.
I used to like punk a lot... Political punk was my favorite. I don't listen to it much anymore though.
I do love ska.

What's ska?

Simply, it's rock with a brassline. (usually trumpets and trombones)
It's usually very upbeat.

You can find some good definitions here. They're pretty detailed about the origin of it.

I like Reel Big Fish and Less Than Jake a lot.
