man if i weighted 105 i'd be the happiest girl alive! you're skinny enough...don't lose weight...it's scary when people are TOO skinny

Eat healthy, exercise regularly that should do it. but i think you're just average. if you lose somemore weight you're gonna be TOO skinny.

![]() but anyway if you want to loose weight (no idea why you would lol) but anyway drink lots of water.. icy water is best. they say it makes your body try and warm its self up therefore it will help you loose weight. and um try and eat less more often. like have 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. and exercise.. iono i think i ran out of ideas. hope that helps. |

why do you want to lose 3 pounds? It's not always about pounds... You're looking to look smaller, right? Then you want to go by inches, perhaps? If you gain muscle, then you may not lose any pounds, but you'll see a difference. Why can't someone just be happy with themselves for once? If you're 105 pounds at that height, it's okay to exercise but your at a good enough weight for now.

do 100 sit-ups every night like i do, doesnt exactly get you to lose weight, but a more built body. Run, it'll help a lot

That's sick you only way 105 lbs and your 175cm! And yet you still want to lose 3 pounds. I think you need to GAIN weight. Its girls like you that make other girls feel bad about their weight!

Honestly now, a number does not matter when it comes to your body. If you workout, beware of certain exercises, you might gain muscle definition, and muscle weighs more then body fat. But come on now, why the hell lose three pounds? It's stupid. Instead of worrying about what you weigh, why don't you worry about whether or not your body is healthy. Make sure you eat right, so what if you don't weigh 102 lbs, work out so you stay in shape, etc. |

watch what you eat. exercise regularly. cut back on big macs and go for the smallest size.
