cursor, disappears on blog/links Options

i used a cursor from here, it works fine OUT of my blogs, but IN my blogs or links, the cursor isn't there. Is there a way for my cursor to show at all times?

umm .. im not a 100 % sure..u might have it set so it is invisible when u hover over the links or in the blogs..
