how do i change add comments to say sumthing else?, along with add eprops? Options

i dont think the title made any sence... but what i meant was..

could somebody give me the code where i can change what it says?

like.. at some xanga's... instead of saying.. add comment's.. it says, "add hugs" or.. something like that.

heres an example:: example

on her xanga.. for comments it says.. flakes... a code for that...
