Could anyone please help?, Some problem with my new skin Options

Could anyone help me to overcome some little problems? I nearly finished my first skin....now got stuck...I really want to use this skin...
so please help~

Two questions here:

1. How can I move the whole blog up? I mean....I want it to be in the middle of the page...but then I dunno how I can get rid of the large empty margin above my blog

2. In the text box (on the right-hand side)...The scroll bar is always covering the blog text! I tried to change the script like this, but still couldn't help...:

1. It is in the center to me, but it far down more because maybe you dont have premium. Read more about Xanga premium.

2. Well, i don't know? But the way i do it? I put my blog into a div, and place them same width & height etc to the div. Try to find these and plug in it. Change the width of the blog. play with the width numbers of the table.blogbody, until you like it the way you wants. I could be wrong. Am not the best at it. I know enough to be knowleage.
