Yeah. This is good.

I baked it for a bake sale recently..

Apple Blueberry Bread

QUOTE
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup regular applesauce
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 cups flour

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in applesauce. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stirring until just moistened. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3'' pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.

YumO.
