First Xanga Layout, Help @_@ Options

I'm having a situation here.

Trying to make my very first xanga layout ever. With two people experienced in layout making, I've almost completely finished it.. But here's the problem. The xanga ad is smack dab in the middle of it all. I've tried removing the ad, but that didn't work. It's like wherever the ad goes, the blog goes with it.
