This shouldn't take you more than thirty seconds to make, is tasty and low in fat! wink.gif

QUOTE(Ingredients)
1/4 cup of soft, reduced fat or fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup low fat pesto
4 (8 to 10 inch) flavored, plain, or whole wheat tortillas or wrap bread
2 cups fresh sprouts (optional, just put radishes or anything like that if you want)
8 ounces sliced smoked turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped tomato

Combine cream cheese and pesto sauce, mixing well. Spread over one side of each tortilla. Arrange the turkey and sprouts over each tortilla. Top with tomato and roll up, there you have it - a quick, unfattening lunch.

The frozen of course...

I think he means the packaged kind or type you get from the deli. otherwise it wouldn't be smoked.
