Chatterbox module. Go to your look and feel and look up where you put your chatterbox code, there's this small box....

and what do you mean by changing the title of your xanga? The blue bar?

to put a title above your chatterbox-
in your look & feel where you put the code for your chatterbox there should be a place right above it for a title.

to change the title of your xanga-
go into your setup wizard and thats where you change it
