I'm new to graphic designing and I've been wondering for a while-what apps do you use to make icons/avatars? I would THINK Photoshop but I don't know anymore :l
Anyone mind helping me? |

Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Photofiltre, GIMP....
Any of those would work. You could probably even use MS Paint if you have serious skills with it. |

You can really use any program. Some programs have more resources online than others, though.

Photoshop, Paintshop and Gimp are the most popular and would be easier to find resources for them.
