is there a way to have you link saying one thing like "comment" or whatever, and then when your mouse goes over it a little picture pops up by the name?
i've seen them before.
like you put your mouse on "comment" and a little flower or something shows up by the word.
help?

You could either do image rollovers or just do regular navigation and add a background picture with a flower in it to the hover. I have a tutorial on image hover here, and I have one of custom navigation here.
