i found this really nice layout that i wont to put up on my myspace but it says paste into template html ,i have tried pasting it everywhere

That's not a myspace layout, it's for a personal website.

If you want to re-do it so that it will work with your myspace you need to get permission from the designer, seeing as you are altering the codes and images. The designer has the right to say no, but until they say yes we can't help you any further.
