 Anyways,  I don't understand what you're saying.. You said you've submitted lots of skins before but you don't know how to?

Well, just because u submit a skin doesn't mean that it always gets approved. If u dont see your skin up in a couple of days.. it probably didnt get approved.. Just follow the rules.. put all the requirements and directions on how to apply the skin.. and always remember to provide a screenshot.. no screenshot will automatically be deleted.
 edit// btw we dont just accept every skin that comes in..
