Personally, I would of chosen a better quality photo. Its ok though the skin color makes her look really pail, the lips look a little odd . Out of place sort of . The hair is ok but looks a little to green rather than blond. Its ok though , just can use a little more .

^ You could at least say something constructive to help her make it better.
 And so this isn't completely spam... I love the eyeshadow. This could be a much better colorization if you had a better quality photo. It's a pretty good colorization, though. I agree with Toya; the lips are sort of out of place. |

I think the eye color stuff is the best. I think you want to go with a more realistic look. The skin is like pale, be it more reall.
