Why do asian girls/parents like white guys so much. |

Well my personality,hobbies, and style are generally found in the urban asian community(seeing that im on createblog >.>) therefore i grew accustomed to having quite a few asian friends not to mention everyother race. But i noticed that with the girls they and there parents tend to like all of the mixed asians at my school are mixed with white and its not that unobvious to see that there is a likiing towards them.
My point is why??Not to racist or anything but they seem to put all other races down cept for them--look thru history and see all the bad stuff they did? KKK,hitler to name a few but to say that other races are below the "whites is a little unfair. EXPAND PLEASE |

Rofl, my asian parents like any guys that are nice, so I dunno what you're talking about.
 Haha, sarcasm. I think it's because people judge on appearance all the time, and majority of white people are just that lucky to be good looking. |

Because white people have money.
 And also before, if you were a foreigner and married a white person, you will get a green card and be able to go to the United States. You didn't need to worry about your Student Visa expiring. Many Asians wished to go the the United States. That's all I can think of. |

im a seinor in hs...but im kinda young for one but uhh that wasnt approriate. get off me.
If i was a person from asia and i needed my green card i would marry oprah.too bad she isnt white with all that money. |

^ Excuse me? I find that comment as very biased. Especially as an international student in the U.S. I understand the difficulties that non-green card holders go through. I'm unable to find a job outside of my college, I can't get social security. You don't see me proposing to Oprah do you? I know that you may have wrote it out thinking of it as a joke, by I find it in no ways funny.

actually it was a joke but i dont really care for the outcome of it...
wtf do u mean that was biased.thats what the fvck im trying to prove... i dont see why to only to accept one particular race for something they have or havnt done. The reason why "some people" dont accept another racist is because of certain issues that might not even be true tell me thats not biased. |

My parents MIGHT disown me if I got together with a white guy, but then again, who cares. In my own experience, most Asian parents would rather their sons and daughters date people of their own race. You know, mostly for convenience. And the fact that Asian parents over here think that other Asians make more money than the white people do (which is sometimes true).
I guess, if you take money, honour, tradition and pride away, Asian parents might prefer white people? Some of them are pretty good lookin'. Actually, my mom would probably like if I dated a mixed-race guy. Now they're smokin'. |

well, you're saying that asian girls are with white boys as opposed to being with asian guys, right? have you ever seen yellow fever? i think their theory is correct. asian boys never really have the confidence to go for the girl, so the white guy steps in and gets the girl. hahah. i think it makes a lot of sense though. plus, some asian guys are really weird and have that one girl who opens the door. you know, the one girl that talks to the shy boy and suddenly the boy finds that he likes the girl just because she talks to him. anyway, i believe it's mostly about confidence.

 I've dated guys of hispanic, black, mixed, and white ethnic backgrounds. My current boyfriend is white. Race isn't a specific preference with me. As long as he meets my boyfriend-worthy standards, then I'll be interested (that is, if I were single). My parents would probably like me to be with an asian guy, which is funny, 'cause I've never dated one. Most of the asian guys at my school hang out with other asians, and I don't hang out with them. I've got my own little mixed group that I hang with, so I don't really know or talk to them (the asian guys). |

All races have persecuted others in some way, in some point in time...
My parents personally don't like white guys. At least, for me to date. They want me to marry a nice Chinese boy so that there's no culture clash I personally don't like white guys MORE, there are just more of them here than any other race. |
