except when i'm near my crush. he says my palms are always sweaty..  so i'll wait for some replies with you.

idk it could be medical, or just nervous.
i`m wearing some sort of glove or armwarmer usually so i don`t really notice. ;/ |

I suggest just going to the links that Elaine gave, I don't really think you should be insecure about it.. I think you just may get nervous perhaps, but hey never know until you look into some research.

I'm like that. but it's always a cold sweat. my hands are always freezing, even in 90 degree weather. my whole family's like this,idk why. |

I always get sweaty hands before a piano recital or something. It sucks. & then my hands get cold and when it's my turn to play, my fingers can barely move. Ouch.
Probably your nerves. Your best bet would be to keep your hands warm. If it's nonstop.. then yeah, go to a doctor. I read in Cosmo!girl once about a girl who couldn't stop sweating. Like she could be doing nothing and she would still be sweating. |

I'm like that and I too get self-conscious about it.
Just wipe your hands on your pants and forget about it. Anyways, my guyfriend said its so much better to have someone with warm hands then cold hands. You want to cuddle with something warm, not cold. |

whenever i'm really nervous i get sweaty hands. it's sucks. and i sit all stiff and i feel all cold. but that's usually whenever i'm around cute guys
