moorepocket* Congrats! Since Kathleen was unable to turn hers in by the deadline, she withdrew herself, and we thought it would be fair to run another round without eliminating more contestants. And this also means more designs!  Round Six: This next round's theme is "Holiday Madness!" Make a holiday layout (Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza, New Years... you get my drift) with eye-catching aspects and unique colors. Yes, you can use green and red, but we challenge you to use other colors to accomplish your design. *hint: predominantly use other colors.... Helpful links: www.sxc.hu www.veer.com www.betterphoto.com The deadline for this round will be Wednesday, January 3rd, 2007, 11:59 PM EST all entries must be PMed to all judges by that date. Please let any of the judges know if you for some reason will not be able to make the deadline. Since this is the month of crazy family get-togethers and holidays, we might be a little flexible. *Feel free to send in with your entry an explanation of the significance of the obejcts/people/photos/themes used in your design! Thank you Rachael. I was more than tired of the ugly sidebars I would create, plus the horrible positioning that came with them, so I followed pretty much the layout that everyone else has made in this past competition. I have to say image mapping and just positioning the blog content couldn't be any simpler. I really enjoyed my design this time, I was really into it this morning.
 I used so many bird and branch images that I wasn't even ready to erase them, haha. I did finish the design anyway.
