ok, I've noticed on a couple of people's myspaces it says "displaying 3 of 1802(or how ever many comments they have) comments"
and theres no divs. not the hide comments script or whatever, and not putting it in a scroll box I'd really like to know how to do this. can anyone help? thanks alot! <3

I think I've only seen this on music myspaces; do you have any examples of personal myspaces that you could show us?

umm i just answered it in a differnet topic.theres two liek this so just find the other one =]] its called "10 comments" or sumthing like tht..

nah nah not with the Hide comments code either
it actually says "displaying 3 of 1862 comments" like its not in a div or anything, like in the site I just posted as an example thanks though =] |

I don't think that's so much a script as it is myspace glitching; when I checked his page earlier, it was displaying six comments, and now it's eight. I also looked at his source and couldn't find anything that would change the number of comments actually displayed, but there's always the possibility that I might be wrong. You could always send him a message to ask, though.

^yea there is a way to change the number of displayed comments on how it says displaying 8 out of 50 or whatever.
You would have to contact them and ask them how they did it. Like Anna said theres nothing in their codes thats changing it to do that. Someone brought this up a really long time ago and no one could figure it out. So just contact the guy. |
