Sometimes I'll reminisce and close my eyes
untill I see you and let these tears run dry
I miss your touch, and your warm embrace
and how you smile at me with your pretty face

now these times are lonesome, and these cold nights
imagining your not there to hold me tight
waking up every morning knowing that your gone
beats me inside because its you I still hold on

I write endlessly, because of this pain that aches
deep inside my heart is where I break
I want to see you smile and hold you forever
but these words mean nothing now that its never

I want to know that I'm always here for you
even if were not together my love stands true
whenever you cry Im here to lend you my shoulder
and make sure you smile to make you stronger

keep your head up high and ill let you go
promise you'll find a man who loves you so
even if it hurts me, I'll smile just for you
I'll become a memory that just flies through
