She said custom shape. It'd be under the paint splatter in your toolbox. Atleast I think it's either a paint splatter or a speech bubble, depending on what version you use.

here ill show you step by step,i have photoshop cs, but it shuold be similar
CLICK THE THUMBNAILS.
-open up photoshop
-on your tool bar,if you dont see it go to window>tools and you should see it
-then on there you will see this

-click the 'custom tool shape' icon in RED
-then on the top, youll see this

-make sure the circled one numbered 1 is click,so click that, then look at number 2 circle and click the little arrow NEXT TO it. and youll see this or something different

-if you dont see what you see in the previous image, then click the little arrow.shown here labeled number 2.

-click the arrow number 2.and see where it has catorgories of different things? click the first one on the list labeled ALL. and a pop up will show and click YES.
-then scroll down and youll find your crown. shown here circled in red.

uhm okay
have photoshop opened
-press and hold CONTROL T on your key board, then the a swuare will show up around your crown or whever and just hover over the tiny square corners and click and move your mouse around and change the angle/position
shown here,red.

and to get rid of the stuff after your done, get the MOVE tool, its on top of your tool bar and click that then a pop up will come up and click ok.

AND IM GLAD I HELPED,that took me a while to make that lil tutorial thinger cuz im bad at describing things like that
