4 reps of 25 sit ups everyday for a month. (it really works thumbsup.gif you just have to stay faithful to it)

Sit ups work best. Maybe running.And slowing down in junk food.

Okay, so I know people automatically think to do sit-ups, crunches, etc.
However, look at it this way.
If you want a flat stomach you have to get rid of the fat covering your abs. You do this by increasing cardio work (running, swimming, etc) but you can't target one area with cardio. You also need to cut out fats. Good abs start in the kitchen. Look into nutrition information, since I don't want to write a novel. There's plently of sites, including myspace groups.

But, it's ok to do strength training (sit-ups, crunches, etc) while doing cardio work too. Just remember, if someone tells you to do 200 crunches don't listen. That's not logical. Just have good form and do it in moderation.

Crunches and sit ups, anything that'll tone your stomach. Also, they have these really cool things at the gym at my local YMCA where you hold onto these bars and lift up your legs parallel to the ground -- it's crazy hard, but it gives you that burn.

I should be taking my own advice, haha, but I guess I'm too lazy and I don't care so much about fatness.
