comment box question Options

so i decided to go with a normal comment box instead of the other thing but when i input my comment box it stretches out super big

i was wondering if anyone knew what i could be doing wrong

PS. i just realized and saw that the box looks fine in FireFox but for some reason when i am in safe mode and i preview my page the box streches out .....if that makes sense to anyone heh

try changing 375px; height: 261px??
