1. Use a light-colored shadow on the inner half of the eye starting from the lashes to the brow.

2. Apply a medium shadow to the crease concentrating on the outer half of the eye.

3. Apply eyeliner on outer half of the eye closest to the lashes.

4. Apply a highlighter under the arch of the brow. You can also use a white pencil in the inner lower or upper rims, this can help to open up your eyes.

5. Keep your eyebrows groomed and shaped. A light thinner eyebrow for small eyes will help to open the eyes up.

--Pluck the eyebrows fine to give maximum eye area.Use a little shadow under the lower lashes as well as on the top of the lid.Blend the shadow on the upper lid from the centre outwards, curving it upwards towards the brow in the shape of a wing.Line both the lids, extending the meeting line fairly out, to increase the length of the eyes.Mascara both the upper and lower lashes, using two coats on the outer lashes only.

1. Apply a light to medium shade from lash to brow.

2. Place a medium or dark shadow near the eyes' inner corners continuing out toward the temples.

3. Extend the liner all the way to the inner corner of the eye closest to the lashes.

4. Then applying mascara concentrate on the center lashes.
--Pencil the eyebrows close to each other.Add a little shadow onto the bridge of the nose or blend your shadow close to the corner of the nose and stop at the centre of the upper lid.To make the eyes appear a little closer, start outlining the upper lid from the inner corner of the eye, bringing it near the nose ridge, leaving just the width of one eye in between the two eyes.Continue the line towards the outer corner but not quite extending up to it.

1. Use a light shade from lash to brow.

2. Place a medium contour color just above the crease and blend upward.

3. Dot highlighter on inner corners of eyes.

4. When applying eyeliner stay as close to the lash line as possible. Less is best with deep-set eyes.

5. Apply mascara to upper and lower lashes and comb through with metal lash comb, lash groomer or deluxe spooly mascara brush.

--Use a dark eyeshadow under the eyebrow, but not on the lid, where if you want to, you can use a lighter eyeshadow.Line only the lower lid and extend the line fairly out and up.

1. Apply a light color shadow on the inner half of the upper lid from lash to brow.

2. Extend a medium shade on outer half of the eyelid towards hairline and blend well.

3. Begin lining the eye at the inner corner extending a touch beyond the outer edge.

4. Dot highlighter in the inner corner of the eye.

5. Apply mascara to upper lashes and lower if desired. If you use mascara on lower lashes use only on outer few.

-- Shape the eyebrows so that they don't have the close-together appearance.Use the eyeshadow on the upper outer half of the lid extending above the eye and under the brow.To offset the closeness of the eyes, start drawing the eye line on the upper lid away from the inner corner.Draw it up and out.Similarly, the lower line should not begin from the inner corner.

1. Use a light tone shadow from lash to brow.

2. Use a dark shadow in the crease.

3. Line only outer half of the eye and extend liner out and up at the ends.

4. Mascara for top lashes only concentrating on outer half.

--Make sure the shape of your eyebrows is angular.Blend your shadow from the centre of the lid and deepen it at the outer edge of the eye, extending it a little beyond the outer corner of the eye.Line the upper lids, starting from the inner corner and extend it out and up so as to suggest length.

For Glasses-Wearers
If your frames are boldly colored, you don't need to add more color with shadow. Play up lashes instead.
If you wear brown mascara, try black. And to make them their full, feathery best, apply multiplying mascara at the roots, gently wiggling wand into lashes, then roll up.
For tortoise shell or horn-rimmed frame-wearers, take time to shape and define eyebrows.

For Asian Eyes
Sweep a light-colored Eye Enhancers 1-Kit Shadow over entire eyelid.
Use a Perfect Blend Pencil to create a thick, smoky line along top lashes (thick enough to be seen when your eye is open) and a thinner one under bottom lashes.
To widen eye area, fill in brows using a brown-toned Shadow.
Use two to three coats of a multiplying mascara.

Information from various sites. I've also given some tips for eye makeup that will compliment your eye type. So, What kind of eyes do you have? _smile.gif

I don't understand the thing for Asian eyes. Eyeliner on the top and bottom only makes the eyes look smaller. mellow.gif

Anyway, very informative topic. =)
