Icons!, How do you make themm?

Hey, i was just wondering how you make icons! Like your own ones. for example like these ones , Im trying to make my own, but its not working! pinch.gif So if any one can help me, PLEASE DO! lol thankss xo tongue.gif wink.gif

why is this in myspace help?

well u could use print screen on ms paint to crop them to the size you want. usually icons are around 100 by 100 pxl

I was bored so I made you an icon real quick!



You need to get Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to make icons if you want to add effects to them like I did to make this icon slightly different. If you just want to have it plain, which would look something like this:



all you'd have to do is get a resizing program like irfanview (which is what I used to use - it's great), crop the picture in MS paint and then resize it to however big you want it to be.

IM me at all for belief if you need any help...I've been making icons for quite a while!

^photoshop and paint shop pro are not required. Ms paint works fine. Also with ms paint you don't have to use print screen. Thats a waste of time. All you have to do is right click and click copy. Open ms paint click paste. Get your document 100x100. Photoshop and Psp are easier to work with when making icons.
