Elba, it might just be the age (agism). Maybe your boss thinks she should get paid more cause she's older, therefore (falsely), wiser.
Have you talked to him about raising yours? |

you should congratulate her by taking her out to dinner, and then you can sneak poisons into her food. *it's cheaper than actually hiring someone. But I can barely afford to feed myself. ![]() Elba, it might just be the age (agism). Maybe your boss thinks she should get paid more cause she's older, therefore (falsely), wiser. Have you talked to him about raising yours? It is the age. She's older, has children, and probably "needs" the money more. Although, her husband supports her. I need money, too. I commute 20 miles to school, I spend half of my paychecks on gas, school expenses are getting higher, I have student loans to pay for. It's just ridiculous. I started off at 8 and got raised to 9. At the time I got a raise, she was hired and started of at 10. After I got my license, I got raised to 12. I just recently got this raise so I can't really ask for another one. Also, I don't feel like it's within my right to tell her she should be paying me more--even though I think it's obvious. That woman could not handle being left alone at the office. Eh, I don't know. If she ends up giving her a raise above 12, and I find out, I may just look for a job elsewhere. |

Ipecac sells for about $5/oz, and if you're stingy you can get two semi-decent uses in.

You can call it that if you want. It's just something to induce vomiting to counter poison ingestion, although it's been proven to have no effect. hahah
or get some drugstore sleeping pills, grind them up, and put them in her drink... make her late to work the next day. OR if you're ballsy enough, get whichever ones have possible side effects of memory loss and ... yeah. Or tell your doctor that you're having trouble sleeping and just read up on pills so you know which ones you want, or even just borrow some from a friend. I'm a nice person, I swear. HOWEVER, if you're being serious, you'll need to mix ipecac in with a super-sweet, dark drink (it's kind of bitter. I tried :d). Coffee or coke, and it does NOT mix well. It actually kind of takes a while to mix, and that's kind of suspicious to be mixing syrup into a person's drink at a restaurant. I'd go with the sleeping pills. |

I have a girl who works with me (as a lifeguard) who doesn't even know how to save people. The other day a little girl went under right in front of her and I had to save her because she was doing god knows what.
I think this girl might seriously be retarded. She failed her f**king drivers test 8 times. 8 god damn times. In my state you have to re take your permit after you fail 3 times. Most of the time she works in the office because our boss knows this chick is on crack and can't save people. She gets on my last damn nerve especially since she is in her mid 20s and still works as a lifeguard as her primary job. |

Not the fact that older people might get paid more, but the fact that experience should be rewarded. I quit my last job because I was equal in pay with people that had been there 8 months less than I had, yet I knew how to work in every department. On top of that, it came around to summer time and the lady started putting me on at 12 hours a week because she gave all the hours to the returning college kids. It was a load of complete shit and it really pissed me off. |
