Who gives a rat's ass what they do. are they bugging YOU? unless its become an issue that theyre actually BOTHERING/PESTERING you, then why would you care; plus if it bugs you so much theyre there then just dont go. Its a public place and unless there is a sign that says "NO LOITERING" they can stay as long as they please.

Well, They could have eaten before you got there.
And there is no rule or at least I dont think there is a rule that says you cant come in and socialzie or whatnot. As long as they are breaking the rules/law I dont think that its really a big issue.. Now they rude kids that like to make nasty comments toward people or like be loud and trashy ,Now they can LEAVEE! Those are the ones who are really annoyingg! |
