I have this code in my about me:
<div class="bg" style="position: absolute; left:500px; top:500px; width:500px; height:500px; overflow: hidden;"> <img src="http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f155/djdaveoc/business11.jpg"> </div> I have a lot of other code in there too, but what I need to know is why this div doesn't show on my page. I'm just trying to place a photo from photobucket.com onto my page and play around with the coordinates for positioning. Am I missing some code that I need besides this? Thanks. Its an image map. When you type text onto an image and you want to turn it into a link thats what you use it for. You have to get different coords for the different images you use. The easiest way is to use a program such as Imageready, Paint, dreamweaver, cutemap, frontpage, etc. There is also an online image mapper here that you can use as well.

All that means is you need to know the basics. Meaning if you don't know A THING or even what HTML is you might want to start learning the basics of making a default layout. It doesn't mean you need to know specific things you just need to know some basic things. Just go through the tutorial if its too hard read our other tutorial. If you still don't get it keep going and when you get stuck on a step post a topic and we'll help.

but wait..when i mean the buttons dont work like if i click view pics on div layouts, it says INVALID USER... soo..hmm..im not sure.... only the home button works so whats wrong? |
