Scrollbars, tired of guessing :O Options

I didn't know where to put this exactly, as it is basically ALL html/css style sheets, so I just put it in myspace (since I'm already here )

I was wondering what each of these little scrollbar terms mean, and I don't like having to guess. What do these terms mean:

scrollbar-face-color: #insert hex code;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #insert hex code;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #insert hex code;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #insert hex code;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #insert hex code;
scrollbar-track-color: #insert hex code;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #insert hex code;

Oh yeah, you don't need to have to tell me what the scrollbar parts mean

Yes. And on websites you actually add the # before the color.
Scrollbar coding is the same everywhere. Accept transparent ones.
