Recipe: Strawberry Tea Sandwiches, straight from the barbie party cookbook Options

Today, I'm going to show you how to make the fastest Strawberry Tea Sandwiches you've ever seen.

Here are the ingredients:
-1 pint basket strawberries
-16 slices cinnamon raisin bread
-1 (8 ounces) package soft cream cheese

Utensils:
-knife for spreading
-knife for slicing bread
-paring knife

1. Wash the berries and shake off excess water. Remove the stems and then cut berries in slices the long way.

2. Stack the slices of bread 2 or 3 high and trim off the crusts. Arrange the slices on a countertop. Spread each with cream cheese.

3. Place a layer of strawberry slices on half of the slices of bread. Cover the slices with the remaining bread, making sandwiches. Cut in half on the diagonal and half again if you like your sandwiches very small.

Serves 8
