ummmm if its an image map...put this code in front of the image map
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->

<div style="position:static; margin-left: 0px; margin-top: -70px; border: 0px solid #000000; background: none;">

<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

where it says margin-top is where u should b concerned...make sure its a negative number. u can change the digits however u want.

remember, after the image map code, put </div>.
