I don't like getting teeth pulled out. Cause of all the bleeding and the swelling. Has anyone had their wisdom teeth pulled out yet? Do they knock you out? Numb you?

I had all four of mine out when I was 18. I was knocked out (which isn't the safest method).

Actually, I don't know. I've only heard rumors that numbing is better and there maybe side effects to being knocked out by gas...

My brother has. When they knock you out complete, you're like drowsy for the rest of the day and the next. Numbing is better.

mines are still growing happy.gif but my uncle said when they tried to pull one of his out, they had to pull tried pulling really hard like 3 times before it would come out laugh.gif but he was numbed so he didn't really feel anything but it is pretty funny sitting there when they're trying so hard to pull your teeth out and its just stuck there. its like, wtf is going on?! and you get a panicky tongue.gif have a fun time at the dentist.

Well i almost did have all my teeth to be pull out but 1-2 teeth per each visit.
i may be the first cB with lots of teeth pull out in my past.

Dont get too nervous about it even it's blood.
Be brave about it.
It will not kill you at all.

Trust me, i gone through all those pain.

I have a major teeth pull out also.

i have 3 extra teeth hiding under my gum

Luckly, i pull the 3 teeth that was in the extra teeth's way.

They got rid of my roots also.

Good luck. You'll feel so much go dam better after you're done with the paper package out of your mouth for at least 2 hours.

Then, treat yourself with creamy mints ice cream with strawberry syrup on top. Topped with chocolate sprinkle and strawberry.

Thats what i did. I love those good shit.

edit.

Before the process of teeth pull out, they gave you a pain-relieving pills so you dont feel much pain of your teeth when it pulls out. They would numb your gum and lip also. Dont worry so much. Just close your eyes and think positive. Thats what i did. happy.gif

That's all from my experiences.

nm, dont trust me or believe me. i was confused because you say "wisdom" teeth. Anyways, my brother did have his wisdom teeth pullout (long time ago). He ate alot of jello. dammit, i couldnt have some.

It was horrible. They hooked me up with all these monitors to see you're heart rate and breathing and they hooked me up with an IV. They numbed me but I was still awake. Then when I went home I passed out on the sofa for over 3 hours.

that scares me. i have to get all four of my wisdom pulled out before the school year starts. i think i'd rather be knocked out than just be numbed. i wouldn't like to know what's going on...even if i couldn't feel it.

I don't know, my wisdom teeth are still intact. But I heard it's really painful. pinch.gif But they'll numb you or something.
Don't worry, if they do something wrong, you could always sue the dentist later! flowers.gif

My face is still swollen and yesterday I had to take like more than 10 pills. I've been eating rice in soup and mashed potatoes in gravy from KFC. I've kinda been slurping them into my mouth. And to top it off...my parents keep taking pictures of my swollen face! They say I remind them of the guy from Nutty Professor. WHICH I M SO NOT!
