one meal a day no cokes bread or sugar happy.gif then work it off after you eat cause thats the only time you'll have any energy

our school goes to this camp every year and I hate being the biggest girl there, I have been starving myself for three days but I don't see results...?

When you don't eat, your body thinks you're starving and slows your metabolism way down.
Bad idea.
You can't lose that much in a week anyway.
Just make some changes to your lifestyle in general, like eat healthy, exercise, etc.

don't starve yourself!! It doesn't do anything really, just makes you lose your muscle. try exercising, running everyday, eating healthy, etc. but how much weight do you want to lose?

It will generally take you longer than a week to take off weight and keep it off. Starving yourself is definitely a no-no. If you want to speed your metabolism up there are a few things you can do. One is to eat small healthy snacks through out the day. Another thing you can do is walk 30 min. before or after you eat. The important thing is to get active and stay active. Find an excercise regimen that works for you and stick to it. So yEah....hope that helped. tongue.gif

scrape up $100. devote yourself on using all that up soley on DDR @ the arcades. you'll have a fun time, and you'll end up with results. also, don't drink pop or anything sugary, eat light. oh yea, tone the abs through other exercises. in general...just stay active :]. im not sure bout expectin results in a week...but w/e, good ways to lose weight.

Don't eat fat or high-calorie/sugar food.

okk losing weight doesnt have a mirical solution. i think thats what you are looking for and hiding the fact that there is no easy way to lose weight. you have to excersize, diet and eat healthy.

Losing weight is like..a long time thing..but if you only got nine days..I suggest watching what you eat..try not to eat too many carbohydrates..and maintain a fine balance between how much you eat and how much you excercise..

It all depends on your metabolism..:shrugs: Good luck with that!

Vegetables and fruits in place of high fats and candy, sugar.
No soda, that's a big one. Lots more greens, and if you're determined, dont go on the computer at all. Go outside, jumprope, jog, do aerobics, anything that keeps your heart rate up. Build muscle at the gym, that increases your metabolsim. If you do this stuff nonstop, you'll see at least some results.
