ok i already kinda posted this bbuuutttt im trying for people to download brushes i make on PSP and so i need to upload the file somewhere right? so what type of file does it need to be saved as? :\

You can save it , the brush or brushset. Then make it a zip file with winzip. That way you can upload it pretty much anywhere that takes zips. (geocities, freewebtown, etc).

well put all the brushes in 1 file. Then right click the file>>send to>compressed zip. that will automatically make ur .zip file. you can go to http://www.myfilehut.com but u need to make an account like if u were to make an account in photobucket.com, pretty easy. wen u did either login first or go to "upload" not image uploader w/e. then browse and find the folder that has a zipper thingy and double click it, then upload. now ur done =]
