True Ceramic Pro
I made a poll in a earlier post but I didnt really get much feedback? here is the original post! I saw this commercial and I was wondering if this hair straightener really worked well? It's about $20 bucks cheaper than the Chi I was gonna buy... But I always wonder about products you buy online. Does anyone have any input on the True Ceramic Pro Hair Straightener? |

I don't know if it would work. From my knowledge of the "As seen on TV" things, they never work. Your probably better off getting one from your salon, because those really work.

I saw that on T.V too. It's cool how you can curl your hair with it. Hmm, it's sort of expensive tho $120?? I've got a Revlon straightener for $20 and it works fine. More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better...?

i bought mine from my hair stylist, it works really well, it's a ceremic kind. it straightens and smooth your hair. some hair straightener make your hair straight, but also make it kinda dry, and frizzy when you wash it.

I have a ceramic straightener.. works amazing for me. I got a 'Hot Tool's ceramic straightener for like $40 bucks at Ulta (actually I got a discount since my mother used to be a hair dresser) Anyways, that works well. Sometimes cheaper is better.. $120 is A LOT for a straightener when you can easily get one that works just as well for something $50 and less..

I went to ULTA and bought a 97.99 dollar ceramic 2 inch hair straightner and it works wonders. No frizzy, just nice silky smooth hair.
It may work and it may not. Honestly, you can never tell until you open the box. |

there are $20 ones that work fine.... why not just one of those instead of spending $100 more on one that might not even work?

for my birthday, i got a chi iron. and it was a good idea cause i really wanted a flat iron, and my last name is chi. go figure.
anyway. my hair is wavy, frizzy, poofy, all that stuff. the chi iron works amazingly. things that are seen on teevee are crap. NEVER work. and they over price everything ![]() |

Cheap ones work well. Why waste your money on something expensive when you can pay less and get the same quality.
