it could be a homemade brush, made by that person and maybe she doesn't share it... who knows.
How to make it yourself:
1. draw it in a piece of paper
2. scan it
3. edit > define brush
DONE!

Whenever I make icons like that I'll do what Aestuarium said.

You could just take the pen tool and outline it if you want.

alright: im so bored

copy that >> edit >> define brush

I have a brush like that (not the same though...), but I don't know where I got it.

I will upload the brush file right now, but I'm on a different computer in my house, so that brush file isn't saved on this one.

If you want that exact brush, you can probably use the magic tool, select the heart, copy it, open up a new document, paste it, and make it into a brush.

okay, thanks :). i'm just going to wait around here a bit and see if anyone knows where to find the exact brush :]

Alright. There's a magic wand in PSP isn't there? Simply click on the white spots and press delete.

And then define the brush?

I'm sorry, I have photoshop. Maybe Kimi will know..
